$75 session fee to be PAID AT BOOKING (non refundable retainer)
20 minute session

10 hi-res digital download images for $225 or upgrade to 15 for $275, all digitals $375. Collections to be paid day of session.

I will be purchasing all tickets to Wicked Tulips. When purchasing your session please add in notes please specify the amount of tickets you would like (adult vs child). I will send you a sep invoice for these tickets.

Adult Photography tickets are $20 and include 10 u-pick tulips. Children 4-17 and $3 and do not include tulips. Children 3 and under are free. (These are paid to the tulip farm by me.)

These sessions are not intended for extended family with the exception of grandparents. If you would like an extended family session purchase back to back sessions.

Galleries will be delivered within two weeks of session.

Model Release
CLIENT grants permission to PHOTOGRAPHER and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, PHOTOGRAPHER may use CLIENT’S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER’S website or other advertising. PHOTOGRAPHER may sell photos containing CLIENT’S likeness to third parties.
9. Assignability and Parties of Interest:
CLIENT agrees and understands that, unless otherwise specified in this Contract, CLIENT is not contracting for a personal service that will be performed by any specific photographer. PHOTOGRAPHER may sub-contract or assign this contract to any second-shooter, PHOTOGRAPHER may assign any photographers associated with the PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY to perform its duties under this contract. All photographers must be capable and competent to perform the services in a workmanlike manner.

______ I,__________________________________ , knowingly and willingly consent to a photography sessions with Bella Blue Photography.
______I understand the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show any signs or symptoms and still be highly contagious. I understand (your name), photographer at Bella Blue Photography, will take all precautions suggested with COVID-19 prevention but it is impossible to determine who has it and who does not given the current limitations in virus testing.
______I understand that should I be diagnosed to be COVID-19 positive within 14 days following my session with Bella Blue Photography, I will contact (Studio Name) to let them know of my positive diagnosis.
______I release Bella Blue Photography from any and all liability associated with receiving a COVID-19 positive diagnosis following our session.
______ I confirm that I am not presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19
* Fever
*Shortness of breath
*Dry cough
*Runny nose
*Sore throat
______ Should I present with any of these symptoms, 14 days prior up to the day of my scheduled session, I will contact Bella Blue Photography to reschedule my session.
_______ I understand that Bella Blue Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any point in time due to COVID-19 implemented regulations, health concerns, possible exposure, or arising symptoms of COVID-19, and is not liable for any costs accrued by the client (i.e. hair appointments, cakes, balloons, etc) in association with my session.
______ I understand that I/We may be asked to wear masks during our session with Bella Blue Photography and I/We are willing to do so.
