$75 session fee to be PAID AT BOOKING (non refundable retainer)
up to 15minutes

10 hi-res digital download images for $225 or upgrade to 15 for $275, all digitals $400 up to 50 images.

I will be purchasing all tickets to Wicked Tulips. When purchasing your session please ADD IN NOTES SECTION please specify the amount of tickets you would like (adult vs child). I will send you a separate invoice for these tickets.

Adult Photography tickets are $23 and include 10 u-pick tulips. Children 4-17 and $5 and do not include tulips. Children 3 and under are free. (These are paid to the tulip farm by me.)

Please inquire if you would like a morning session. I will offer a 10% discount on weekday morning sessions. Email [email protected]

These sessions are not intended for extended family with the exception of grandparents. If you would like an extended family session purchase back to back sessions.

Galleries will be delivered within two weeks of session.

Model Release
CLIENT grants permission to PHOTOGRAPHER and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, PHOTOGRAPHER may use CLIENT’S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER’S website or other advertising. PHOTOGRAPHER may sell photos containing CLIENT’S likeness to third parties.
9. Assignability and Parties of Interest:
CLIENT agrees and understands that, unless otherwise specified in this Contract, CLIENT is not contracting for a personal service that will be performed by any specific photographer. PHOTOGRAPHER may sub-contract or assign this contract to any second-shooter, PHOTOGRAPHER may assign any photographers associated with the PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY to perform its duties under this contract. All photographers must be capable and competent to perform the services in a workmanlike manner.
